During every ceremony there are important moments to be respected such as the direction of the entrances: the entrance of the bride and groom, the groomsmen/daisies and the wedding rings.

When and how do these moments take place?

The most important entrance is that of the bride, the most awaited among all the guests: she will enter after everyone.

The groom and his groomsmen may already be in their seats at the beginning of the ceremony or they may choose to have a special entrance as well. In this case, the groomsmen will enter first, one plus one, (they will be seated to the side) and then the groom, who may be alone or accompanied by his mother, for example.

Then the bridesmaids, one or more, enter (sitting sideways) and after them comes the bride, who may enter alone or typically accompanied by her father or a family member.

Each entrance will be accompanied by music, there could be one song for groomsmen and groomsmen and one for bridesmaids and bride, or one song for everyone, the options are varied and follow the tastes of each couple.

The entrance of the wedding rings tends to be entrusted to a page or a small bridesmaid, who is in charge of bringing the wedding rings to the bride and groom at the right moment: either immediately after the bridesmaids’ entrance and before the bride’s, or later after the celebrant’s speech begins and before the fateful ‘yes‘.

Everything is chosen by the bride and groom with the expert help and advice of the celebrant.
