Type of ceremony

The time has come to think about which celebration suits your “yes”.

There are at least three broad categories of event when it comes to celebrating a wedding: official civil rite, symbolic rite and rite with celebrant of honour.

Unfortunately, we cannot include all the celebrations that have taken place to date, and yet new ones are possible, because ours is a tailor-made and unique work, modelled exclusively on the couple and their needs.

The Celebrant as we think of him is here to lead you through the discovery of what the true celebration of your dreams is: you don’t know it yet, but we do!

  • Official civil rite

    Official civil rite

An official civil ceremony is a legally recognised marriage in all respects and can only be celebrated at one’s own commune or in a “municipal house”, i.e. a location with a specific permit.
In this case, you can decide to delegate the celebrant for the official civil ceremony or to have it co-celebrated with the mayor or municipal messenger.
Don’t worry, we will help you manage all the paperwork and make this day unique!

    Civil union

Finally also in Italy the LGBTQ+ world can realise the dream of a lifetime: a love so contested and yet so strong now finds its space in a world that is slowly opening its eyes, but still so afraid of what it does not know.
With great joy and tact we organise this special celebration, which every time is also a symbol of a small great victory.
This has also become a legally recognised ceremony.

  • Symbolic rite

    Symbolic rite

If it is not possible to hold an official civil ceremony or only the bureaucratic part of the wedding has been formalised beforehand, the celebration will be called a symbolic rite.
An emotional, involving and personalised ceremony that lacks nothing and that recalls in its main moments the structure of a civil rite.
If it is not said, no one will think it is not the official civil rite!

  • Elopement wedding

    Elopement wedding

    It is an “elopement”.
An intimate symbolic rite involving only the bride and groom and the celebrant.
It usually takes place in magical locations such as the shore of a lake or under the slopes of a mountain, immersed in the wildest nature or hidden under an archway in the city centre.

  • Rite with celebrant of honour

    Rite with celebrant of honour

Regardless of the type of rite chosen, it is possible to designate a “celebrant of honour”: a friend or a person from one’s own family, who will be accompanied and instructed by the celebrant throughout the various stages of the marriage.

  • Renewal of vows

    Renewal of vows

If promising love for the first time is a special event, renewing vows is even more unique and I might add rare.
Marriage is the starting event of a wonderful journey, one is excited and frightened by the uncertainty of tomorrow.
Renewing vows is a milestone that celebrates the strength and tenacity of love, which despite the years and difficulties, has been able to grow and mature.
For us, it is perhaps one of the most exciting events in a lifetime!

  • Married in Italy

    Married in Italy

What better way to pledge love than in the land of love?
Italy is a wonderful place both for spectacular natural scenery and for sites of art and cities of culture.
We thought we would welcome all those who, although not Italian, deeply love this country and want it as the set for their Marriage.
A perfect Master of Ceremony can accompany the couple on the most beautiful journey: the wedding.
The trait-d-union in most cases will be the English language, but we can also interpret the highlights of the ceremony in Spanish, Russian, Romanian, German and LIS – Lingua Italiana Dei Segni.
But if this is not enough, a good interpreter will join the Celebrant!

Sax and other woodwinds, great protagonists with great presence that, unlike strings, are better accompanied by the sung voice.
